The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to subway lines and delicious restaurants. The staff were friendly and made check-in and check-out easy. Fresh towels were provided daily and the room was always clean. The hotel also offered complementary toiletries at the reception to take whenever they needed.
The breakfast menu was limited and became repetitive after staying for a week. It would have been nice to have more variety and warm food options.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is very close to several subway stations, making it convenient for exploring the city. It is also just outside of the busy area of Shinjuku, allowing for a more peaceful environment. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries. the hotel offers complimentary drinks at the bar, adding a nice touch to the overall experience.
One minor drawback mentioned by guests is the limited breakfast choices, which may not be the best value for money.

The location was perfect, close to the heart of Shinjuku's nightlife but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of Japanese and international options, satisfying our cravings. The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable mattress, and we were able to open the window for fresh air.

The location of this hotel is phenomenal. It's conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to get around. There's also a good festival nearby, potentially happening weekly. There is an excellent ramen shop just a couple of minutes away, and Korean Town is also within a short walking distance. The hotel's deluxe twin room is spacious, perfect for travelers with lots of luggage. The shower room is big and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The facilities in the room are top-notch, making it feel like a business class flight. Highly recommended for a luxurious experience.

Convenient location for families, near food, drinks, and entertainment. Friendly English-speaking staff. Clean rooms with added laundry detergent and softening shampoo/conditioner. Remember to request a higher floor for a quieter stay. Freshly decorated interior, but consider options for a closer and cheaper stay next time for better value.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room I stayed in was one of the superior twin rooms, and it was spacious and well-designed. The floor to ceiling windows provided a lovely view, and the two huge beds surrounded by pebbled floors gave the room a unique touch. The bathroom, with its wet-room style design, was amazing. The hotel's location is also great, just outside the busy area of Shinjuku and close to several train and subway stations. It was convenient to explore the city from this hotel.
